When the workspace is read-only or suspended
The Taraazu support team can change the status of your workspace, for example when the subscription ends. The workspace then shows a banner or a message.
The workspace is read-only
A red banner shows at the top of each screen: "This workspace is read-only". The banner shows the date when the system deletes all data of the workspace.
- You can sign in and look at all data.
- You cannot make changes. If you try, the screen shows "This workspace is read-only".
- You can change your own password and your second sign-in step.
Caution: On the date in the banner, the system deletes all data of the workspace. After that date, nobody can get the data back. To keep the workspace, contact the Taraazu support team before that date.
The workspace administrators get an e-mail and a notice when the workspace becomes read-only. They get a warning again 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the deletion date.
The workspace is suspended
After you sign in, the screen shows "This workspace is suspended". You cannot open any page of the workspace. Your data did not change. The system does not delete a suspended workspace.
To use the workspace again, your administrator must contact the Taraazu support team.
The workspace is active again
When the support team reactivates the workspace, the banner goes away. The workspace administrators get an e-mail and a notice. You can make changes again. If the banner still shows, sign out and sign in again.
