Use the notices

The system sends notices to you, for example when an export file is ready. The notices are in the Notifications bell in the top bar.

Steps

1. In the top bar, select Notifications (the bell). A red number on the bell shows how many notices are new.
2. Read the list. A dot shows a new notice.
3. Select a notice. The system marks the notice as read.
4. To mark all new notices as read, select Mark all as read.

Notices with a file

A notice about an export can show Download the file. Select the notice to download the file. The file is available for 24 hours only.

A notice about an import opens the file on the import page when you select it. See Import users.

Result

The red number on the bell decreases or disappears. The system checks for new notices one time each minute.
