Planned maintenance

Sometimes the Taraazu team must stop the service for a short time, for example for an update. The team tells you before.

The maintenance notice

From 72 hours before the start, a notice shows at the top of each page. The sign-in page also shows it. The notice shows the start and the end in the time zone of your workspace.

Caution: During the maintenance, you cannot use the service. Save your work and sign out before the start. An entry that you do not save is lost.

To close the notice, select the close button. The notice shows again 1 hour before the start. You cannot close it during the last hour or while the work is in progress.

The workspace administrators also get a notice and an e-mail when the team plans, changes or cancels the maintenance.

During the maintenance

Each page shows a message: the service is under maintenance. Your data is safe. Try again after the end time in the notice. The help centre stays available.
