Reset your password

If you do not know your password, ask for a reset link. This is possible only for a user who signs in with an e-mail address.

Before you start

• If you sign in with a username, you cannot use this page. Ask your administrator to reset your password.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?.
2. In Email, type the e-mail address of your user.
3. Select Send the link.
4. Open your mailbox. Also look in the spam folder.
5. Open the link in the e-mail. Then do the steps in Set a new password.

Result

The page shows a message: the system sent an e-mail if a user with this address exists. For your safety, the message is always the same. The link in the e-mail is valid for a short time.

To go back to the sign-in page, select Back to sign in.
